Studio Policies 

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings at Bay Pilates & Wellness.

• Sessions and classes are by appointment only.
• We happily accept block studio session bookings at the same day / time each week. 
• Classes are scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis.
• Pre-registration and prepayment are required.
• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for your session or class unless you call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable due to the small number of clients per class/session.
• An additional 2.75% will be charged for all credit card transactions.
• Do not wear jewelry, pants or shorts with zippers (the zippers damage the apparatus), or scented lotions and perfume.

All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to lesson will be charged the full rate of that lesson.
